Burberry fall 2011, London

I really love the collection of the Burberry Prorsum show in London. Al those beautiful trenchcoats and jachets. Really nice to know what I can wear in the netherlands. There were a lot of colors of the fall; orange, green, red, black but also white and purple. here are some favorites of my:

Very Fashionable, een Bossche Bol! If you ever go to Den Bosch in the Netherlands, you have to taste this. inside there is a lot of whipped cream. Enjoy!!

Nimuë Smit

Especially for the Dutch readers: Nimuë Smit!


Again a Dutch Model I like to put in the spotlight. And I'm not the only one. Glamour proudly presents the 5 trends for fall/winter starring Nimuë Smit. And we really like her. They never shoot 5 serials and the cover with one model. But Nimuë Smit is a nice, beautiful and smart girl and very nice to work with. She has personality, you can read about it in the interview. 


Nimuë started as a model when she was only fifteen years old. She never thought she should come this far, but now she's living in NY for more then a year. 
Last year she finished her high school, gymnasium. Her parents are both working in a hospital as doctors and wanted to become a doctor too. Maybe in a couple of years ( before she turn 30) she's going back to school. Now you can see her in the Dutch Glamour of this month!Enjoy reading and watching the pictures.

Coffee can bring the memories back!

The sun was up and it was a nice warm day. A day you can't sit still and wants to see the world. So I went outside and walked to the center of my city. It's only a ten till fifteen minute walk so I could make it very easy. I bought a cappuccino to go at the end of the center. It felt great! The coffee and the walking reminded me of my Holiday in SF. 

I was there alone and i stayed by a friend of the family. He was working the whole day so I was all alone. I was there for nine days and every day I decided to see an other part of the city. I started every morning with a fresh cup of coffee I bought on the corner of the street, took the bus and started walking. So nice to feel the spirit and taste the culture. I wish i could go back.

Last year I went to England and I made this Photo of our Coffee! An other good memory. 

                       I know, DE said so, Coffee can bring people together!!

Even when your in the gym or running on the street you can look fashionable. Stella McCartney had a beautiful sportsline for adidas. of course this is old news, but every time the clothes look much more amazing. She has a goal: 


"I think it was really important to show real woman working out and showing their bodies and just to marry the two world. Fashion and Sport. Which is what the collaboration is all about. We manage to strike a balance where the design does not compromise the performance aspect. I wanted to make sports clothes for woman that didn't look like an afterthought. And now they have a style advisor. You don't have to match by yourself (of course this is much more fun) but if you're not such a good stylist you can get some advice on line. You can choose for different sports like: Golf, Tennis, Running, Winter sports and some more.

This is such a beautiful trenchcoat. I love it! 

This season, it doesn't matter what's printed on your blouse. Hearts, birds, leopard, zebra, stars and all other symbols are allowed.

After the printed T-shirts, this is a new trend this season. And I really think it's a must-have. But don't worry, I don't think the printed blouse is going to replace the printed T-shirts, so you can still wear them to.

it's raining, raining, oh baby, it's raining...

In Februari at the London fashion week 2011 had Burberry an amazing show with a couple of transparent raincoats. I love them!

It's raining outsite. I'll have to get home, but it's raining. I don't have a car here so I need to take the bike. I'm wearing my ultimate fashionable rainsuit! I'm wondering if there isn't an other more fashionable way to go into the rain.
